As a HR professional, you know that hiring IT specialists can be difficult. We are launching a report that highlights one way in which this issue could be tackled.We will be launching the findings from that survey in a report entitled ‘Women in IT – untapped answer to the skills shortage’ on Friday 2nd May at Citi, 1 North Wall Quay.
The findings will be discussed by a panel of local leaders, chaired by Ann O’Dea, CEO of Silicon Republic and co-ordinator of the “Women Invent Tomorrow” initiative. There will also be a keynote address and participation in the panel by Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, Eamon Gilmore, T.D.
