Bereavement in the Workplace

Often managers and colleagues want to do the right thing but are unsure about how to support the person; because of this The Irish Hospice Foundation has created a series of resources and training programmes for organisations and staff to help them understand grief, the impact it has on the bereaved and their colleagues and ways in which they can be positively supported.
