Termination of Employment

When it comes to termination of employment, for whatever reason, it’s a tough call. There are a variety of reasons why this needs to be done, but the key factor is fairness. A main area of concern for employers is the Unfair Dismissals Act 1977 – 2007 which is often invoked by an employee, via the Workplace Relations Commission, when they feel their termination was unjust.
