HR Audit Checklist
A HR Audit is like an annual health check-up, it plays a vital role in instilling a sense of confidence in the management of an organisation. It is beneficial as you can discover where your company is at risk & how to fix it before it is too late. It also highlights what’s missing and what could be improved. Remember, all it takes to get into a workplace relations dispute is one disgruntled former employee so it is best to be prepared. Preventing problems is much easier than trying to fix them after they have occurred. This checklist will help you identify the areas in your business that you may require attention. Bereavement in the Workplace
Grief cannot be left at the door when an employee comes to work. Often managers and colleagues want to do the right thing but are unsure about how to support the person; because of this The Irish Hospice Foundation has created a series of resources and training programmes for organisations and staff to help them understand grief, the impact it has on the bereaved and their colleagues and ways in which they can be positively supported.
