    A 10 day management development programme for owner-managers of SMEs.

    AIM
    The aim of this programme is to help owner-managers in SMEs, who are past the start-up phase, face the internal and external challenges that need to be overcome to enable them to continue to compete locally and internationally.

    WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
    This course is for owner-managers who have a number of years experience running their own business and now want to improve the way they do business, whether it is to make better use of finance, have a more strategic focus, better people management, etc.

    CERTIFICATION
    Participants who successfully complete the company improvement project and related report and presentation will be eligible for certification to achieve a Special Purpose Award at HETAC Level 7.


    FEE: Full Cost: €4100. This programme has ISME Skillnet funding and is sponsored by AIB so you pay : €1490(ISME Members), €1990 (non members)
    If you are in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance, Job Seekers Benefit or have registered as unemployed with the Revenue, you are eligible for a free place on this course. Free places are limited and places will be offered on a first come first served basis.

    CERTIFICATE IN MANAGEMENT

    Participants who successfully complete the company improvement project and related report and presentation are eligible for certification to achieve HETAC Level 7 Special Purpose Award in Management Development from the Institute of Technology Sligo.

    FEE: Participants pay per 2 day module and 1 day mentoring. Participants successfully completing all 7 modules and the associated project are awarded the certificate. Fee per 2 day module and 1 day mentoring is: €400
